We are looking for a Tender and Contract Strategy Manager to join the team at CSL Behring.

Reporting to the Head of Market Access and Tender Management you will have primary responsibility for the strategy, management and coordination of tender submissions throughout the Nordic region.
About the Role:
Ultimately you are responsible for defining the Nordics Region Tender Strategy. You contribute to the yearly mid-range company planning, forecast and budget cycle by providing relevant tender strategic analyses. Additionally you will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to represent CSL Behring products accurately in tenders.
- Perform market analysis to predict sales volumes and market shares.
- Prepare price recommendations for new and prolonged tenders in collaboration with Market Access colleagues.
- Make sure price policy compliance including floor price surveillance.
- Prepare tender plans for key tender products to facilitate pre-tender activities for KAMs and country plans.
- Keep up to date with regards to the legal (LoU and similar) and competitive environment in the Nordic region.
- Coordinate environmental and corporate social responsibilities issues, especially in connection with tender requirements. Liaise with other CSL Behring departments to obtain required information.
- Monitor the Nordic tender environment and publication of upcoming tenders.
You are also responsible for the Tender Answering Process where you will:
- Liaise with sales and general management and seek approval for tender participation and price approval.
- Is accountable for coordination of tender preparation steps, tender price meetings, tender submissions and signing of tender contracts throughout the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland) in close collaboration with the Tender and Contract Specialist in the Nordics.
- Represent the company in external tender meetings.
- Coordinate contacts with law firm(s) if needed
Last but not least you will follow-up On Tender Outcome and lead continous improvement projects:
- Inform and liaise with sales force and marketing with regards to tender related information, e.g., outcomes and current issues.
- Ensure accuracy of tender management data systems in close collaboration with the Tender and Contract Specialist in the Nordics.
- Make sure Logistics Manager is updated with relevant information for supply planning.
- Has responsibility for tender contract management, including coordination and negotiation of prolongation of tender contracts.
- Explore and propose opportunities to improve tender related activities, tools and processes.
Your Background, Experience and Behaviours:
You have an Economic University Degree / Degree in Business Administration or Other relevant qualification profile.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public tenders and/or price and reimbursement issues
- Experience of working in a cross-Nordic environment with understanding of the different legal requirements is an advantage
- Experience in working in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Very good command of Swedish and English
- Understanding of other Nordic languages is an advantage
- Being well-versed in Microsoft Office products (being proficient in MS Excel is a must) and knowledge of information systems and tools are a distinct advantage
- Ability to build collaborative relationships both inside and outside the company
- Project management and coordination abilities
- Teamwork, problem solving, business acumen, dealing with ambiguity and good communication skills are key competencies like networking (both internally and externally)
You will be based at the CSL Behring office, located in Danderyd with easy access to subway & car park as well. They have a hybrid working model.
